Two players (Red & Blue) each deploy 18 hidden pieces on a 9×9 grid. The goal: capture the enemy Flag.
| Piece | Symbol | Range | Can Attack | Special |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scissors | 3 | 3 | Yes | Reveals if it moves 3 |
| Paper | 2 | 2 | Yes | Destroys Bombs; reveals if it moves 2 |
| Rock | 1 | 1 | No | Never revealed by movement |
| Spy | S | 1 | No | Proximity: kills Paper & Scissors |
| Bomb | B | 1 | No | Proximity: kills Rock & Scissors |
| Flag | ♚ | 0 | No | Immovable. Lose it = game over |
Pieces that "Can Attack" (Scissors, Paper) can move into an enemy-occupied cell to initiate combat. Both pieces reveal simultaneously.
After any move or drop, check adjacency (up/down/left/right):
Pieces start face-down. They permanently reveal when:
Rock, Spy, and Bomb all move 1 space and look identical to the opponent — the Shell Game.
Captured pieces join your hand. On your turn, instead of moving, you can drop a hand piece onto any empty cell adjacent to one of your own pieces. Dropped pieces are always face-up.
Capture the enemy Flag to win. Only Scissors and Paper can attack the Flag directly.
